We ship our packages as standard with Bpost / Post NL / GLS or DPD

Shipping costs: free from €24.99

Delivery time

From the moment we receive payment, all orders will be shipped within 5 working days

If a product cannot be shipped within the promised time, the customer will be notified by email.

The customer decides whether the order can still go ahead or not.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days via our contact form on our website.

The goods are sent to us by you in their original condition (unless damaged upon delivery), complete and undamaged.

These return costs will be borne by the purchaser.

If you meet all these conditions, the purchase amount will be transferred to you within 2 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
